Last week (13 March 2024) I took my Camper in for work on a blocked DPF. Got to say great communication, good price and satisfied customer AGAIN.My suspension collapsed on my EV at 9am a year ago with a failed near side front spring. I rang Checkpoint who gave me an approx quote over the phone and said they'd order the spring for my arrival within the hour. I arrived half hour later and they went on to strip the front area ready for when the spring arrived and within 2.5 hours had me back on the road again for, in my opinion a fairly respectable £205.I don't find this standard of service in many places these days so when a garage does something like this they deserve my time writing a good review. Well done Checkpoint Mold. Very impressive customer service and turn around. 5 Stars from me.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Visited yesterday for wiper to be fitted and advice on a polish to remove a mark (all other product failed). Great service and advice, with mark removed instantly !!

Called in last minute with an electrical problem on my taxi. Despite being very busy, they jumped on the job promptly and sorted it out very quickly. The service was friendly and the technician took the time to talk me through what he'd done. He had even noticed that one of my tyres was a bit lower than it should be, and sorted that too. Great service guys. Much appreciated

Took my car into checkpoint mold, from the moment I walked into their garage, I was met with friendly helpful staff, the guys were so helpful , after buying car from garage in Chester and having a warranty, who were adamant I could not be seen until 25th April.!! Hence checkpoint visit, who found problem with car, ( Wet Belt. ) then Chester wanted car delivered to them to do work!!I cannot recommend checkpoint mold high enough, the whole team were professional, friendly, and explained the problem with my car, ina non jargon way?Thanking them all very much??

Says the staff are help but not so much . Bought some coolant and asked if he would show me where to put it , not intrested . Wasn?t asking him to put it in . Shop was empty . Thanks for nothing

Great garage with very helpful staff. I was able to book my car in quickly, the work was done well at a good price and they rang me when it was ready (which some garages say they will but never do and you have to ring them to check if it's done so I really appreciate the ones who do)

Fabulous service from all the lads at checkpoint. Went in as I was unable to open my bonnet to re fill screen-wash/oil.The lads at the desk were all so helpful, came out and sorted the problem right away and didn?t charge!! Obviously the screen wash I did & oil but they were so helpful & so polite.Thanks guys ??

Took my car for an MOT and service here my car breaks were deemed safe my car has since failed on me and was found the break pads were poorly worn and therefore not safe at all would not recommend.Also while in for this MOT and service my car had a noise on it which it was some bearing by the front wheel the issue was resolved but all parts of the car were left exposed hanging down dragging underneath the car which has now caused damage and they will not resolve the issueI would highly avoid do not use this place

Took my car for an MOT this morning, failed on an off centred and insecure headlight.Advised I needed a full new headlight £450 plus labour, total £570..Checkpoint also said I wasn?t allowed to take the car away until it was fixed as it was a major defect! Luckily I challenged this and eventually got my car back.Called another local garage who quoted less than half the price, took the car to the garage and discovered no new headlight required! Completely fixable for £80 ?Do not take any advice from this garage!
