Janet the lady we saw was absolutely first class ,she was very thourogh ,polite and helpful she also made sure in her assesment by having a secondary oppinion from another member before divulging her assesment to us,so yea very well done.

Very knowledgeable friendly staff who can help with any advice you need.Helped me with a company that kept taking money from my account even though I had cancelled the contract,they showed me how to word the letter to the company to cease and desist and how to go about the complaints procedure.The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and approachable and even helped me with debt advise too.
