I've been a customer of Lloyds Bank over 20 years now and love the people who servedMe every one of them.

Very short staffed, always a queue, customer service is simply non-existent, their new opening hours mean that if I need to go to the bank I have to take time off work, awful company who only seem to care about profit at all costs.

The usual cheerful helpful staff, never a problem.Went in today & was greeted by young ?Dan? who was very smartly dressed/groomed, pleasant, polite, and despite having ?tech issues? with getting urgently needed copies of statement, went ?above & beyond? in my opinion to get some validation info for me!MANY THANKS again, DAN!People with little to no patience are quick to moan or are rude to staff over little niggly things, chill out folks, the staff are only human too!Sadly most people have embraced ?technology? so much that when they can?t get it NOW, or it goes wrong - - they take frustrations out on staff.

I've been a customer of Lloyd's bank for nearly 20 years . In that time and even in the present I find the staff so helpful.I know that they close now at 3.30pm some days but on some days I finish work early also.Covid has changed a lot of businesses worldwide.I would never change my bank.I also would never give less than 5 stars .They deserve it.Always smiling staff as I come through the door.Always so polite.Too many say when they are not happy. Not enough praise when they are.

Left Lloyds because of this branch. 20 minute wait to even talk to someone.

Waiting in que for 48 mins. Making elderly people stand for this long too. Disgusting. Got questioned by a foreign worker there when making a cash withdrawal to buy a car as if I was some sort of criminal. That's the last time I go here soon switching to Halifax.

For as long as I have been a customer the bank in Neath has closed at 5pm. The recent changes means it is now 4.30pm again out of synch with what customers want. Constantly evolving staff is a sign of the times as is operating on a skeleton staff. Large ques and till closed is now expected.
Point of Reference - If I wanted to use the machine I bloody well would "Just Saying." I don't blame the staff, who are usually helpful and polite, I blame the policies from above. Saving money at the customers expense is now standard practice.
In summary the good old customer is now a mere afterthought. The same can be said for small businesses despite the hyperbole that claims to the contrary. In the brave new world Lloyds stakes its future as mainly an online facilitator. This totally in-personal approach has seen the deconstruction of what once was a unique and convenient service, the rot starting with a refurbish from traditional bank to building society. Cheap image for an even cheaper service.

Stated closing at 19:00. Got here after leaving work at 18:06 and it was closed. Not happy wasted my time. Why put these opening times and not honouring them.
