Worst pizza delivery service in Newport. Waited 1 hour and 50mins for a delivery. It was 9.30pm by the time our pizza got to us and by then, after a long week of working, we were almost asleep. Will never go to them again especially as Dominos always deliver to us in under 40mins.

Ordered pizza at 16:20 today to be scheduled for 17:30. It is not 21:01 and the pizza on the tracking has been ?checking and cutting? since 19:39. How is this even possible?! I have called to ask if its on its way or if it has been forgotten but no one has answered the hone! I don't usually leave bad reviews but i thought this was completely necessary. Please can you find some way to improve the store and its time management please. I am sadly very disappointed.

Chef left to work alone most nights, I live 5 minutes away and it takes 2 hours for delivery. The manager should be ashamed of the situation that has been left unchanged for at least three months

Absolutely horrific! Ordered online on my birthday out of convenience as my young daughter wanted pizza??? tracked it online and after almost an hour it said it was being checked and cut?.. 10 minutes later we had a phone call, ?sorry, it?ll be another 40 minutes?. When I contacted the store, I was told it would be a further 40 minutes to an hour and then told it wasn?t their fault they had no drivers!!! I explained that had I known, I wouldn?t have ordered and asked for a refund only to be told it would take a week for a refund?! I asked for the manager and was then told by him the food would be sent when there was a driver??. Couldn?t give a time! I insisted on a refund so I could go out and buy my daughter some food before she had to be in bed and was told to wait for the delivery - I wasn?t sure which was going to take longer, the food or the refund! Opted for the refund. Was then told the order would be cancelled but I wouldn?t get any confirmation of a refund. Terrible service and the refund policy is apparently company policy? Wow. £25 out of pocket, no food, no refund, hungry child - never again. Complaint sent, will stick To independents and Dominos from now on.

Hour and half for food delivered Luke warm and bashed about! Store has gone down hill! Will not return after years of ordering last few orders been shocking!

GO TO DOMINOS!!!! The food arrives quicker than 2 hours, prices are cheaper, food arrives hot and delivery driver can actually find you

We tried papa Johns for the first time and it was awful soggy pizza! No taste what so ever the bbq sauce didn?t even taste like bbq.. we ordered 2 pizzas both were packed with loads of onions! My 11 year old said this just tastes cheap & I think she was totally right. Will not be ordering again! Newport South Wales

I love the hot veggie pizza from here but I am frustrated as we can?t order atm as they aren?t allowing collections and won?t deliver to out postcode, nice pizza but seem to be struggling with staff and service atm
