Two members of staff I met today was very friendly and helpful and very cheerful, only problem it was absolutely freezing in there I was in there for a while and was frozen, do not know how the staff cope

It's time for everyone to Leave Barclays, terrible customer service in branch, 2 staff stood around, forcing everyone to use the machine's, that never work correctly 1st time. Stop being lazy, and someone get behind the counter, and actually provide a service for us. Will me moving all my Business accounts.

Having no luck at Chepstow pop up branch I had to go to Newport.Tracey Holley took me thru everything I had to do. In and out in 5mins. Thanks so muchxx

What can I say, went into the bank yesterday to transfer money. Due to it being a large amount there system would not allow me to do this. So for the privilege of transferring my money I was charged £25. I said this was daylight bloody robbery. Rob from Barclays KEPT saying "that was my opinion" and that I was correct as I could not do this myself. Then proceeded to give an insurance quote that again was daylight robbery. Went online got contents and building insurance for less than just the one quote from them. Just a thought Barclays, when u next issue your staff uniforms, issue a Balaclava as you clearly like robbing the customer. I'm closing the account next.

In the attempt to make service all automatic there is only 1 person serving at the counter and a queue of 10+I would not say the automation is fully for the benefit of the service users

Absolutely gutted why I travelled all the way to come to this branch! been waiting for the past half an hour for a simple service!!! There are staff members walking around fiddling their fingers and no ones bothered that there are 6 customers waiting here!!! Awful service!!!!

How rude yesterday girl was when u go in.Just phone up instead..40 mins later I went back in after trying phone.Then had to wait 30 mins to see somebody Compared to other banks least there's staff there who try to be helpful.

Waited 15 mins at the one cash desk. Just to change £20 of £2 coins into a note. Then asked could I also draw out money. Told no, go to the machine. Think I'll transfer everything over to lloyds. No problem there, 4 cash desks open, have changed coins and withdrawn money at the same time.
