Really disappointed, the current scrap silver price today being 0.40-0.50 pence per gram, went into this place as I haven't before and told they are paying 15p per gram and "that's a good price". I would avoid, especially anyone who is a novice.

Visited the store yesterday to find out the process, to sell scrap gold. I was warmly welcomed by Angela, very friendly and obliging. Taking the time to assist with the information I needed. I was impressed with the level of customer service offered, and appreciated the information given.

Went there today at 5 and was closed,why advertise as open then?Also no sign on the store?s door or windows about being closed earlier or any reasons whatsoever. Waste of time...
