“Excellent outdoor activity store. Extremely wide range of gear from clothing to boots as well as tents, bottles, rucksacks and pretty much anything you might need when heading out into the great outdoors. The relocated store has much more space so provides probably the largest range under one roof, on the Isle of Wight.The only reason why I scored four stars rather than five is that on the day I visited, whilst the store was well staffed, they were all stood around a single till area and seemed only mildly more interested in the customers than continuing their own discussion. Other than that, a good place for outdoor gear.”

“Myself and my partner had a very good experience, we visited the Newport South Wales store on Friday, 20th of April. Staff members were very helpful. We didn't feel rushed, were allowed to explore, and bought more because of this. Would recommend.”

“I found this store very appealing ,good clothes & found & bought very pretty birthday cards made in U.K. !!! And they were doing 4 for 3 ( prices of 3 instead of paying for 4 !! They need to be equivalent prices,off course. ) Men's clothing were very affordable & nice qualities/ designed !! If I were a man ,I'll be shopping here !! I really liked this store & having Costa coffee upstairs is a plus !! The sales lady who helped with my purchase ( bunche of birthday cards )was very friendly !!”

“I visited Blacks to buy a decent pair of walking shoes.The Lady upstairs was very knowledgeable on the very large range of shoes and recommended a pair of merrell accentor sport at £127 ,twice my budget .I was told to look downstairs on the clearance rack and found a pair of old stock merrell accentor at 40 beans .”

“My favourite Primark shop. Not too busy and rarely runs out of stock. It is a walking distance from the parking lot. I do not believe they have pick up collections for online orders, but it is worth checking. The best time for shopping is the early morning hours and the worst are around lunchtime. Highly recommended”

“A very large Asda Living shop split over two levels. They sell men's, women's and children's clothing downstairs, as well as toiletries and a small Claire's section. Upstairs, they offer a wide variety of household goods including decorations, electronics, bedding, books, DVDs and more. The upstairs area is also home to a welcoming in-store cafe.The store is also quite accessible for those with mobility needs with plenty of space between aisles. There is an escalator and set of stairs at the front of the shop as well as a lift further back. There's only one escalator though and it takes you up to the first floor so you would either need to use the stairs or the lift to go back down. There are a also couple of disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance but these are a little further away than the other shops at the retail park as there is a small public area with benches outside the shop entrance.The shop is usually clean and tidy and all the staff members we've spoken to have always been very friendly and helpful, even at busier times. It's also quite refreshing to see a decent men's clothing section which isn't limited to just a handful of items. They also offer free click and collect for orders placed on their website which offers an even wider selection.”

“Really have to say what a pleasure to shop in this store. Firstly I live in Cornwall and went to Newport to see my mum who is 82 years of age. She loves her shopping so took her into New Look (yea she is trendy ☺️) In the store were some really unruly children. The manager of the store politely asked the parents to keep there children safe because of accidents. Thank god she did, my mum is quite unsafe on her feet and them running around made her uneasy. When I got to the till a lovely young man was about to go on a break but I walked towards the till, he came back and served me with no hesitation. His name is Chris and I just want to say THANKYOU to him. I was worried about my mum wandering around. A lovely shop and staff. Maybe other shops should really read this review. Once again THANKYOU to Chris ❤️❤️”

“Nice store with plenty parking space. Great prices but you need to know what you want as there are a lot of items. No changing rooms so you need to know your sizes also. Overall, great place to shop for basic clothes and the prices cannot be matched elsewhere I think. I recommend.”

I needed to return an item but I couldn't find my receipt so the young lady working there traced my receipt because I paid by card which I was very grateful for. I did make a comment to the young lady how very helpful and lovely she was .
