Me and my fiancée bought our Crossland X 2020 model from you in November 2023.After buying the car, the oil pressure light came on and it wasn't driveable. Thought I was in for a nightmare, but under your warranty you fixed the problem, and provided us with courtesy cars at your expense, so we really can't fault our experience overall.The car now runs like new, and we couldn't be happier driving our new car!Special thank you to Katherine on the servicing team keeping me up to date with progress on the repairs, I really appreciated the updates as I was thinking the worst to start with.Additionally, Luke was a great salesman to deal with, and really helped us secure the car for a good deal.Thank you all again!

Avoid this place at all costs, if I could give them minus stars I would. I bought a Hyundai i10 on August 29th and had the standard three months warranty. At the end of December the vehicle broke down with the oil light on red and a whirring/rustling sound coming from the offside of the engine. Having spoken to local mechanic the oil pump is either gone or about to go and the car is likely to need a new engine due to resultant damage. Consumer Rights Act 2015 states I have the right to ask for a repair or replacement within 6 months of ownership. I spoke to James Chesworth, Sales Manager, who wouldn't or couldn't tell me my consumer rights so I told him. He needs re-training in customer service, arrogant, patronising and sarcastic. Apparently because the engine was running when I drove away that is proof no fault was present when it was sold, that is not what the Consumer Rights Act 2015 states. No offer to look at the vehicle and the dealership are unwilling to uphold my legal rights. Taking this further to Head Office and beyond if I have to. I've filed an offical complaint but now face a bill of excess of £1000 plus taxi fares to and from work. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Fantastic experience buying a secondhand car. I was able to fill out a lot of the paperwork over Teams and Luke was very helpful getting it all sorted. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new car, lovely showroom and helpful staff too : )

I purchased a Volkswagen Golf GTD reg HJ67 YGR this year from Evans Halshaw Newport that was faulty. I owned this car for 2 days max and when I tried to return the car they tried to pull the no refunds trick. Luckily enough they accepted to take the car back that had a gearbox issue however they took about 2 months returning the money into my account which was unacceptable. The people who worked there don't seem to care and I had a very poor SLA experience.

By far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything! These people do not care one ounce.From not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, promised call backs that never happened to the disgusting attitude of staff. Waiting 2 months to get into the garage to be told it cannot be fixed for another 2 months and being charged £78 for the labour. To letting my wife and 8 month old baby drive off after telling her the oil needed immediate topping up and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree which wasn't happening when it went in.I cannot express how bad these people are. I would never in a million years even think of dealing with them again.
