Very expensive compared to the high Street Greggs.Ive never know a drive through to be more expensive than the normal shop, it makes no sense from a business perspective..??When I went the Staff were young teenagers and seemed uninterested in their job or the customers, hopefully this has been sorted out by now.

Absolute joke of a place! Forever messing up my order.... So yesterday I payed for breaksfast rolls with extra sausages (no extra sausage in rolls) we asked for the same today but wanted the extra sausage for free, rather than just do this the staff argued with us so for the sake of £1.20 they just lost our daily £10 order ??? shocking!

Horribly understaffed, and those that are there are dreadfully incompetent and don't understand how to do basic parts of their job. Most are friendly but some of the staff are cold and make you feel unwelcome. Far better off going to one of the Greggs in the center of town.

Been going through the Usk way greggs every morning for nearly a year an the amount of time they mess my order up is unreal, got fed up so asked for the items I was missing from yesterday's mistake for free today. Ended up arguing with every person in the shop. Saying we didn't pay for it yet we have the same thing every day and it's the same price! So left my £10 order on the side refused to pay and told them to keep it! Lost 2 daily customer's over a sausage. And it's the most expensive greggs!
