Went in this afternoon to talk to someone about booster seat rules and get my son measured/weighed. Both the person on the till (with cool blue hair) and their colleague (with glasses) were super polite and helpful.

Childs moto balance bike broke first use after Christmas. Staff refused to help and said it was wear and tear.Bike broke on first use! Manager also refused to help.Buyer beware.

I bought a brand new appollo evade something wrong with the wheel its still under warranty and they won't fix my bike terrible customer service will never be going there again anyone who wants to buy a bike I suggest u go anywhere else don't bother going to halfords because they won't help worse place ever to buy a bike pure jokes waste of space

Went to collect a bike that was built in store today very slow service while being served by a young boy he was called away from the till by another colleague to be asked a question by a customer very rude considering he was in the middle of serving me and didn?t even say anything just walked away didn?t even apologise when he came back

Poor online experience, ordered an item but somehow item not what I ordered when I went to collect m also the younger staff member very helpful but the "experienced" staff member wasn't helpful, he actually instructed the younger staff member to process some other customer while he was working on my refund, it was a waste of almost two hours for me as I thought the item was buying was cheaper than in-store price I would be cautious next time making online order.

Leaving a review as requested on the receipt email.My wife came today to collect a bike that had been built in store. Being heavily pregnant, she thought she would struggle to carry the bike down the stairs and fitting it into the car, so asked for some help. Despite just handing over the bike, all colleagues were now too busy to help, leaving her to struggle by herself and arrive home crying. Not great, eh?Inspecting the bike now it (eventually) has made it home, there are multiple loose parts - brake levers, brake CALIPERS, bell, reflectors. And that's if that reflectors were attached in the first place ... most of them are in the bike basket. The brake pads are over 1cm away from the rim (manual says should be 1/16th inch) and barely touch the rim with their positioning. Despite paying for the bike to be built, it now seems I'll have to strip it and rebuilt it myself anyway as clearly the build team couldn't do a decent job.Thanks for .... well not much really. Supplying the bike parts I suppose :-)

Quick and easy booking on-line for a replacement headlight bulb+fitting. Arrived next day, and the service was fabulous, with the job completed in under 10mins! I'm recommending the service to my friends and fellow dog walking colleagues??

So unhelpful - arrived 20 minutes for they shut as my headlight bulb had just gone out and I was travelling to the airport that night and didn?t want to drive in the dark with one bulb, understandably not the best time to ask but I had no choice. I asked the boy on the main counter if anyone could help me but he point blank told me no and that they was shutting soon. (Which I completely get if it was a big job) prior going into the store I asked a couple mechanics how long it would take and they had told me 5 minutes maximum to replace the bulb. After he said no and that we was shutting in 20 minutes I asked if it was a big job and he said yes it is. I had then told him that I knew it wasn?t a big job and he huffed and spoke to someone on his headset and asked if he wanted to do it. He then replied with a blunt no. I completely understand it was 20 minutes before you shut but he was so unhelpful and had terrible customer service. A kind gesture goes a long way of someone in need.

I took my specialized rock hopper there after upgrading to all new parts , derailleurs , shifters, cassette, chain ,etc to SRAM 3x10 gear set up for tuning , £20 later only have 27 working gears plus at least 10 gears have loud chain rub noise from front derailleur was told it's normal? , kids doing the work never again will I use Halfords , rip off ,
