“Very impressed by the sheer size of Dunelm having two floors plus a cafe.Very clean and spacious aisles to enjoy browsing the many products .Everything is well set out and neatly stocked.Helpful staff to advise.Plenty of parking directly outside the building which makes it a very convenient store to visit.The bonus is the lovely cafe situated on the first floor. Plus public conveniences that were kept in very good order.”

So looked online, (Images very good), then the store staff brought a pack to the store entrance for me to see to check the colour/shade, which was very helpful.Delivery was within one week, which given the current restrictions, I thought was excellent. Delivery driver was bang on time, very polite and careful when unloading the tiles and all 27 packs were delivered in perfect condition!Very good value products, brilliant store service and a top quality delivery service as well. “A very large Asda Living shop split over two levels. They sell men's, women's and children's clothing downstairs, as well as toiletries and a small Claire's section. Upstairs, they offer a wide variety of household goods including decorations, electronics, bedding, books, DVDs and more. The upstairs area is also home to a welcoming in-store cafe.The store is also quite accessible for those with mobility needs with plenty of space between aisles. There is an escalator and set of stairs at the front of the shop as well as a lift further back. There's only one escalator though and it takes you up to the first floor so you would either need to use the stairs or the lift to go back down. There are a also couple of disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance but these are a little further away than the other shops at the retail park as there is a small public area with benches outside the shop entrance.The shop is usually clean and tidy and all the staff members we've spoken to have always been very friendly and helpful, even at busier times. It's also quite refreshing to see a decent men's clothing section which isn't limited to just a handful of items. They also offer free click and collect for orders placed on their website which offers an even wider selection.”

“Amazing staff, got greeted by the lovely Lowri at the Newport store. She couldn't have been more helpful, she was very welcoming and friendly, asked us a few questions on what what we was looking for and guided us to the part of the store to start our search. There was so much choice and Lowri was there to answer all our question and provide us with our options and offered a great deal. She even went and got simular samples of our carpet from the other side of the store so we could envision what the sofa would look like in our house. She offered a great price on our 4 seater sofa and XL chair and even gave us a deal on the sofa gliders, cleaning kit and sofa protection. I would definitely recommend this store. 5* to the staff.
