I contacted Newport Accident Repair on Facebook and then went down to get a quote. I took it on the Friday and it was booked in Monday. I was informed that it would take 5 days for it to be complete and it was ready the following Friday. The work carried out was amazing & the service from start to finish was amazing. The guys in the office are really friendly! My car was cleaned inside and out before picking up - which I did not expect! I will 100% be using these for any future works & would recommend them ??

I am very pleased with the work that was done to my ford kuga it had deep scratches down the passenger side doors and wheel arch and when i picked my car back up it looked like a brand new car i would highly recommend them and the men that assisted me was polite friendly and honest this is the only place i sould take my car if it ever needs any more work done

Jason was really helpful after I went back with my car after I found a leak into the vehicle - they looked at it and have hopefully repaired it and also fixed my electric window free of charge :) Really nice guys - good garage.

The guys are so friendly and knowledgeable, my car was booked in with rear damage, they did an amazing job, they go above and beyond for you....had a nice surprise when I picked it up, it was fully valeted, it looked like a brand new car.....cheers guys x

I could not be happier with the service i received here. I've had two jobs done on my car now and it's come out looking better than when i bought it! Just picked my car back up from Newport accident repair centre since dropping it to them 3 weeks ago for a rear end insurance claim and I have to say the customer service from Jason and his team is outstanding. Pleasant bunch of guys in that office that honestly cannot do enough for you. Jason looked after me from start to finish and dealt with everything and I didn?t have to lift a single finger. My car is literally looking brand new on the rear now and I cannot find one single fault with it what so ever! so I have to say a really big thankyou for taking the stress out of my hands and dealing with it all for me.
