“I found this store very appealing ,good clothes & found & bought very pretty birthday cards made in U.K. !!! And they were doing 4 for 3 ( prices of 3 instead of paying for 4 !! They need to be equivalent prices,off course. ) Men's clothing were very affordable & nice qualities/ designed !! If I were a man ,I'll be shopping here !! I really liked this store & having Costa coffee upstairs is a plus !! The sales lady who helped with my purchase ( bunche of birthday cards )was very friendly !!”

“I went in looking for arch support insoles as I'd been told Pavers sell them. The assistant (Ellie) greeted me when I went in and she was so friendly and really helpful. She was knowledgeable about the product and gave good advice. Very happy and will definitely visit again to look at their massive range of shoes when I've got more time.”

“Really have to say what a pleasure to shop in this store. Firstly I live in Cornwall and went to Newport to see my mum who is 82 years of age. She loves her shopping so took her into New Look (yea she is trendy ☺️) In the store were some really unruly children. The manager of the store politely asked the parents to keep there children safe because of accidents. Thank god she did, my mum is quite unsafe on her feet and them running around made her uneasy. When I got to the till a lovely young man was about to go on a break but I walked towards the till, he came back and served me with no hesitation. His name is Chris and I just want to say THANKYOU to him. I was worried about my mum wandering around. A lovely shop and staff. Maybe other shops should really read this review. This store has disabled access and a incredibly disabled changing room. The staff are always helpful and they always make you feel like you matter.”

“Nice store with plenty parking space. Great prices but you need to know what you want as there are a lot of items. No changing rooms so you need to know your sizes also. Overall, great place to shop for basic clothes and the prices cannot be matched elsewhere I think. I recommend.”

Had a regular Americano very nice don't bother having large as the size is not much bigger and you do not get extra coffee they just put extra milk in making it weaker.Seating well laid out with a view to the outside.Staff here as in other M&S cafes work hard constantly cleaning and so on.”

“Loads of positives, friendly staff, big selection of clothes and trainers, good prices in comparison to other sports shops, big open shop. The only gripe I have is that I’m an average size person, you seem to have an abundance of huge sizes and tiny sizes and run out of the average size very quick, quite often I can’t buy what I want because you are out of my size, hence the 4 stars not 5.”
