had my watch battery replacement here and so far my experience is so bad, I never had a chance to get her name(the staff) but she had tattoos in her arm, and I can describe her as a horrible human being and so unprofessional. I really do hope that Timpson can hire a better employee not like her as that Lady there is ruining the well-establish company.
