By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my life. My Wife?s medication is never ready when I go there to collect it for her, there always seems to be some sort of problem, even though she has placed the order more than ten days previous. Totally unhelpful, and in my opinion, inexperienced and rude staff !!!I have always used Martin Davies on Caerleon Road myself?..Worlds Apart??Literally !!!

The Pharmacist is clearly not qualified in Prescribing and refused to sell a product available as a general sales item for infected dermatitis which was really quite bothersome..He ought to read the instructions. It can be safely used on the face but not to the mucousmembranes of eyes nose or mouth.

Always really helpful and friendly staff, whether it?s the pharmacist or one of the other assistants. Really useful being able to have my prescription sent there, especially as they are open on a Saturday morning.

Rang last week (13th May I think) regarding my medication , there had been a mix up on there behalf but the woman was so rude to me and made me feel like it was my fault. She was tutting , huffing and puffing on the phone.... no level of compassion or good customer service there. I won?t be dealing with Miss Attitude again!

Great friendly pharmacy but why not open weekends. Working full time I can't get there for my important repeat prescription at any other time. Ludicrous!!!!

Need more and more notice to arrange delivery of a repeat prescription. That is ok because can plan requirements but when you wait nearly a week for the delivery and it doesn't arrive. When you finally ring up at 4pm to be told it is still on the shelf as the driver didn't pick it up yesterday! Again and again and again...........

The pharmacist went above and beyond with his help today and I am truly grateful for the compassion and understanding he showed in helping me sort out my fathers medication.

Excellent local pharmacy next to the doctors' surgery. If you sign up at the pharmacy the surgery will pass the signed prescription over (if it is a repeat) to the pharmacy so that you can be sure they have the medicine ready when you call to collect it. You need to drop the repeat prescription into a box in the surgery beforehand for approval first of course.

This is located directly next to a busy GP practice so why is it, 8 out of ten times I visit they do not have the items on my prescription. If you ran a supermarket like this you'd be out of business. Hey... it is OK to invest in a little stock! It is not just about optimising spend against wasting productâ?¦Two people in the queue before me were told they did not have their item in stock.. Customers seems to be a bit of an inconvenience. I tend not even to bother going in now. And they wonder why the big chains are pushing out the high street pharmacies... well roll on Boots and Superdrug as far as I am concerned; at least they have some friggin stock.
