Very efficient service in Pembroke Dock. Customers are waiting a limited time before the order is ready.I particularly like " Click and collect" when it shows you how much stock for that product is available.The store always seems to be busy when I go there. A useful place if if you are a building professional or a DIY.If you are looking for a cement mixer or a light switch this is the place to go. They also have very good opening hours.

Staff at Pembroke Dock were so helpful, polite and did their best to get my order sorted. Unfortunately the item was not on your stock list, but I had two refunds without any problem, on items I tried unsuccessfully. Excellent customer care, well done all. It was a very small order but a very big effort was given to try and help me. Will definitely use the store for any future needs.

Purchased something online never received text to collect items so went to see if my items were in store delivery was late so was staff couldn't be bothered to find my items whilst i was in store was told to come back later, WIll never use screwfix again appalling service.

Bought an item online said next day click and collect but the item didn't arrive until the day after, understanding during these hard times but can't fault they're safety measures in-store keep up the good work!
