Unfortunately i cannot give more than 3 stars. I think it depends on which staff is on. But someone here destroyed a new £95 pr of workboots.. it took photos, complaints etc before they finally refunded our money, AND paid for a new pair of boots. Unfortunately it doesn't excuse the awful workmanship and arrogant attitude of the member of staff.

Great Timpson store at Tesco, Pembroke Dock - Went in for battery replacement on a watch which was tested and new battery fitted. Also had a replacement battery on garage remote and got some great advice on getting a spare remote from them. The manager was super friendly and helpful - I'll definitely use her store again.
