It's an okay post office but it gets very busy, and even if there are two staff it can still take a very long time and there aren't many facilities. I use the one on Cornerswell for my prepaid parcels as it's typically much quieter and faster.

Absolutely hurrendous interaction, the guy completely messed everything up and was completely rude about it. I came out shocked that someone could be that rude. We have sent a formal complaint. I would never advise anyone to use this branch again.

This is an amazing post office situated in the heart of the town centre. Whilst it can get very busy at certain peak times; Chris and the team continue to provide fantastic service and always with a constant smile on their faces. Keep up the great work! :-)

Penarth Post Office is a small shop with a large number of customers, it also offers many and often complicated services. I would imagine it is a very stressful working environment for the staff and I could not fault the knowledge, kindness, patience and help that I have received. Thank you so much you do a wonderful job and offer a great service for our town.

I am new to the town and didn't know how this particular post office "works" but I did everything wrong and was spoken to so rudely that I will get a train into Cardiff next time

Not been in for a long time. Used to be a lady in here who had such an abrupt rude manner. Just a natural mood and grump. As I walked in I wonder if she'd gone...nope still there. Still abrupt...still rude
