I went there about 5:30 and it was pitch black. There was no lighting in the car park, I couldn?t see where I was going. I came down from the ramp at the main entrance turned to go towards my car didn?t realise they have shrubs there, walked straight into them. Not good shame on you.

What a breath of fresh air! Patient care like it used to be. I have just moved to this surgery and I have been extremely impressed. I had an 'episode' yesterday. I rang at 8:37 and was answered immediately. My details were taken carefully and before I had completed the brief form messaged to me a Doctor rang me. This was followed up with a very thorough examination and tests set in motion the same afternoon. Excellent. This is the service I paid into for 50 years!!!My details were

Dr Farrel-Thomas should never be seeing patients as a gp, when in fact he is a nurse. Refusing medical intervention and medication is absolutely disgusting. On a Thursday evening, I now need to find new drs.

During the course of the call to refuse my application for registration, the doctor wouldn't let me complete a single sentence, was entirely dismissive of my needs and conditions (which include prostate cancer, diabetes and an extreme sleeping disorder), and he wanted to alter my prescription medications without any enquiry into the reasons why I was taking them and why they had been prescribed by another GP

First class service from the whole team from initial call to Mandy or Elaine who are absolutely superb to a thorough investigation by Dr Forrester-Paton in my case .He has a very caring manner and is genuinely interested in your concerns.The Practice Nurse Sian Kelly also goes the extra mile to give valuable additional assistance where necessary.The whole team has adapted brilliantly to responding to the demands of a Covid secure environment while still keeping the patients' requirements paramount.

We moved recently so Sully is our new surgery, had my first appointment yesterday, for arthritis in neck and tinnitus, as I was unwell during the appointment, I couldn't quite take everything in, so rang today and got a call back to talk it through again!, fantastic service and sympathetic kind receptionists...
