She has such an in depth knowledge of the various destinations TUI offer and was very patient running through all possible hotels to find the one that met our requirements perfectly. We booked a holiday in the Canary Islands in October and then a superb looking cruise in the Caribbean flying from Cardiff next year. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we can’t recommend TUI Penarth enough.”
