Car park is an absolute nightmare to get in or out. Not much space in the car park. The shop is very convenient if you walk.

Tesco Is average but the car park is like the Gaza strip, there is no bins and considering it's very residential there it's absolutely filthy and full of litter.

Sorry this shop feels depressive before you enter. The staff are polite and friendly but there is a considerable lack of parking space. And lack of selection. Couldn't get served quick enough. Wanted to turn around and walk out. Apologies to the staff it's not you it's the building. :(.

Staff are fantastic, always friendly and helpful, even though they are understaffed, and trying to get every customer taken care of. I think they need additional staff in the shop.

The staff hate it when you go to the tills rather than the self service, what's that all about?

This is a great boon to competition within the village but the parking is shocking

Must have been a brown envelope to the Bridgend council planning department to create this shambles. Carpark designed by someone obviously on drugs, has a tenancy to cause traffic jams in what is essentially a small village. Never any fresh bakery goods available at a time you'd actually want to buy them. All in all OK to grab a few bits out of desperation (in other words if the CO-OP is shut) but best avoided.

My son went to enter Pencoed Tesco Sunday evening while I was in the car to be questioned as to where his mask was . My son who is an asthmatic and has an exemption card doesn?t have to use a mask. He didn?t have his card on him and felt very awkward and then didn?t want to go back into the shop . I went and spoke to the man as I?m sure the law is that you are unable to challenge someone as to where their masks are etc. He replied that most of the young children try to enter the store without masks etc. I explained he wasn?t meant to challenge anyone by law I after this will never shop in the Pencoed store ever again . The fact that this man challenged him in such a way that he felt awkward and singled out is inappropriate.

Incredibly rude staff who make you feel so small when you need help on the self check out. They could do with some retraining in customer service.

Rude staff. Wasn't aloud in with my mum as they assumed I was over 16 and sent me back to the boiling hot car when my mum questioned the boy he responded with "if you carry on you won't be allowed in either". The problem wasn't that I couldn't go in it was that others around my age were allowed in and I was allowed in the day before. They need to make sure all staff know the correct rules that are on the official website.

Parking is farcical. It's the Tesco equivalent of a corner shop, where the prices are not dissimilar. I only go there when all else fails.

Over priced, dirty. Trollies everywhere.
