The value of basics is high prices compared to other local shops. It shuts too early (it shuts before 8pm a lot of days), forcing custom and energy payments to The Star convenience shop. It is often very hard to move around & isn't very accessible if busy. The customer service from one of the staff is very offish at even the slightest question or constructive comment. Would avoid.
