Take care as the Nisa that this post office is located in will surcharge you for card payments without any noticeable signage and no word from the staff member. In my case it was a 50p surcharge on top of £3.30 postage, there's no chance their provider will be charging this much for processing so Nisa are effectively profiteering from your postage.

I?ve been to this post office a few times now and the staff have been lovely every time. It?s not often that people post good reviews for services like this but I can?t help feel bad seeing such negative reviews on here as all I?ve had is positive experiences. Not sure if any of the staff are the same since the previous reviews were posted? so can?t really comment on that, I?m just giving my honest opinion.

Had deliveries sent there, went to collect them and I was told they aren?t there. Contacted the post office help line, to which they confirm that the items had been scanned by the branch on receiving the items. The gentleman worker there showed no interest and moved me along.I personally believe foul play has occurred here, and that a worker there has taken the items.Please avoid here if you can.

Absolutely Ignorant Staff...Avoid at All CostsI visited here for the first time last week and was absolutely shocked and appalled at how rude the lady behind the counter was!She was completely dismissive wore no PPE; when I commented I was given a mouthful of abuse complemented with a string of F words as I left the store without posting my parcel.How ANYONE could employ someone with this total and utter contempt for customers is beyond me.Needless to say I will never set foot in the shop again! I will use the CO-OP ...right opposite... for groceries and wILL use the post office in Brynna instead.Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!If you've been a victim of this F-YOU attitude by staff in the Nisa Post Office then do something about it....spend your money elsewhere!The management must realise that customers have a CHOICE and don't HAVE to use their store!

Be sure to hand them your parcel the right way round, because the person behind the counter may not be literate enough to know the difference between ?to? and ?from ?, and you will receive the parcel you sent a couple of days later.When you return to point out this honest mistake,they may well blame you for handing to them the wrong way round.
