The Royal Mail services in the Pontypool area these last few months have been atrociously inadequate. I live in Sebastopol, and I am receiving the wrong letters to my home for weeks - the letters are named and addressed correctly of my neighbours, yet still delivered to my address. The Postman must be Blind as the neighbour's name and addresses are printed correctly.

So today I went to the royal mail as I have missed my parcel the man behind the counter was very helpful and redelivered my parcel within 15 minutes it was at my door this was today January 29th 2022 thank you

Helpfull staff, check the opening times the close early on Mondays now which is a faf if you leave work at 4:30pm and they close at 2pm. (when I posted this times may have change)

So the other day I went here twice for the same item.Basically went late morning with my slip to be told by some arrogant woman that I need to go there the day later.Hour later the app pings me to tell me my item was ready to be collected from here so went there. Same woman told me no it's not here and I need to come tomorrow. After I pointed out the app gave me a notification to say it was ready to be collected she went out the back and low and behold she had my item.To be fair this was the only bad experience I have had with this place but wow manners don't cost anything.

Absolute joke of a service right now. Offering a reduced counter service at the same time as encouraging people to buy postage on line which needs to be stamped at the counter. Blaming covid for what is in reality one more step towards the ending of the royal mail.

Constantly messing around with opening times which makes it impossible to collect a parcel when working in a real job. Heard the other day that they are taking on thousands of new staff members but find this confusing as they work less than part time pretty much so can?t understand why they would need to take on more people to work less than two hours a day. Overall frustrating that they open for two hours a day and are with holding our parcels. A system needs to be put into place or at least increase hours to part time. Would not attend here unless I have too and when I do attend staff are slow, rude and unhelpful

Had to pick up a package from the depot after they failed to find my house, the house has been in the same position for approximately 120 years and sits in nearly an acre of grounds has 6 bedrooms and a nameplate above the front door which is about 2.5 mtrs in length, how can they posssibly say they couldn't find it. RIDICULOUS
