This store is a disgrace and the manager Craig is a bear liar and a spineless coward. They have took my computer for 3 months and have given me fob off tactics ever since whilst also breaking the consumer rights act on multiple occasions. This is a criminal activity.People stay away from this company at all costs

The store is absolutely fantastic... But I really think they need to work on their staff's attitude to the people who walk into the store and pay their wages... Absolutely horrible little Caren in that store... I can see where all these companies go wrong and end up going under......

Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Employees seems unhappy with their job and just need to find a new job. Telling a customer off isn't a solution lovely girl. Have a good life Xx

Sold us a TV then features stopped working, sent it off for repair for a week, came back broken and cracked. When we went to go discuss the issue the sales person were difficult and not very helpful, saying it would have to go away for another 2 weeks. Asked for credit to get a different tv and they were very hesitant. When we finally got the TV and speaker they were reluctant to give it to us. Saying we needed confirmation details they never checked, also they tried to get us to sign a form to void them having to repair the TV again. Not worth your time, go to a different store.

I feel so gutted I have to post this as some of the staff at the store are great. Unfortunately the overall service from Currys has been awful. We bought a fridge freezer from store 26th August and as it was out of stock we waited for 2 weeks for it to be delivered. When the fridge freezer arrived it was scratched. I called customer services and the offered 10% discount. The following day we turned on the fridge freezer, only to discover it didn't work at all and all our frozen food had defrosted. After trying to contact currys both through live chat and on the phone, we were told that we would need to go to store to sort it out. My husband and I travel back to store 18 miles away and spent over an hour with a member of staff arranging for the item to be collected and ordering a new one. We have now discovered that we have been charged for both items and now when trying to contact customer services and live chat we are being told to go back to store. Whats happened to Currys? A very stressful experience which probably could have been avoided.

Cooker delivered after in store purchase but they forgot to add installation so they just dropped it off, I go back in store and speak with the manager Matthew who then says he will reach out to the engineers to get this sorted and they would have it installed today 11/09/23 I have waited in all day but still no installation. contacted customer service who then said it will be in the 18th of September even though the manager assured me it would be today I explained that this is priority as I have a a disabled child at home he said I understand and it will go ahead be warned he lies my plan is to go back there tomorrow and show him up while he is dealing with customers

Usual Currys shopping trip: Go in, find item, ask staff if you can buy it "we don't actually have that in stock". So you ask, can I have it delivered to home or store? "Yes, for an outrageous fee". You agree as you're already in the place. They deliver when they fancy it. Rince and repeat.

TV, under warranty, developed a fault and was taken back to shop. Fault was repaired and TV was back in shop for me to collect within a week. Now working as it should be.
