Service was excellent, I was just taken a little aback due to the overall cost - thought it was a little expensive but didn?t have the time or opportunity to shop around? Since found the tyre prices a little cheaper elsewhere with a smaller independent garage!

Came in for 2 new tyres late on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They got my car in and tyres on as quick as they could even though they were very busy. Would definitely come back next time I need tyres.

First class experience at Pontypridd Kwik Fit! I've been there previously for an MOT and they were great then too. Took a car to them for a safety check and they sorted a small issue straight away no problem! Best Kwik Fit I've been to anywhere in England/Wales!

Had emergency light on dashboard found nail in tyre they weren't the least bit interested told me to come back in 4 day. What brilliant customer service. Avoid very unhelpful.

The main reason I give a 3 star rating because my appointment was at 3-30. And I left kwik fit at 5-20 to have 2 tyres fitted. In all fairness the staff were brilliant.but the turnaround needs to be a lot quicker.

Absolute legends! The guys resetted my service light after another Kwik Fit in Cardiff failed to do so when servicing my car. They also managed to fit me in for A/C refill half an hour before closing! You can only imagine how much did that make my day during UK heatwaves. Lovely team and so chatty! Will definitely be back in autumn for my MOT.
