“Great staff. May have to wait in a queue inside , depends on how many people are waiting for prescriptions to be made up. Small pharmacy , not many " off the shelf " products , bare minimum range of shampoos, conditioners, deodorant and hygiene products.”

“I love superdrug! The staff are always very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Tge store is easy to navigate, but some aisles are narrow., this has not made me reduce the score as I can always rely on outstanding customer service every time. ??”

“Great service always.Very knowledgeable.Can’t fault their customer service they could teach other customer providers a thing or two.Even when the staff are very busy they still say hello and greet one with a smile.Go there now with family health issues, only contact our GP Surgery if they advise it.Far better then preparing for a long wait in a phone queue followed by the negative response when trying to get an appointment or advise with local GP Surgery.Alphega Pharmacy staff ???Thank-you Guys”

“The staff at this pharmacy are very friendly and always happy to help, whether over the phone or face-to-face.They offer a very convenient repeat prescription service whether they will request your prescription for you every month and send you a text to let you know it's ready to collect. I do not personally use this service (I prefer to hand my prescription request into the surgery myself) but my father does use it and is very happy with the service and the convenience it offers.On the odd occasion where things don't go quite as they should, the staff are always very helpful and do what they can to remedy the situation.In addition to handling NHS prescriptions, the chemist also offers a variety of over-the-counter medications, vitamins and supplements, cosmetics, general first aid supplies, toiletries and other useful items.”
