Always a queue in here but friendly staff. It's such a shame that Royal mail is incapable of leaving a parcel with a neighbour like every single other courier service in the world.Surely this would make our posties jobs easier, less packages to carry around with them or put back on the van and back to sorting office. This would reduce their workloads massively. And not to forget it's such an inconvenience for customers to have to travel sometimes 6 miles or more to collect their parcels and try to fit around the sorting offices opening hours.Get with the times please ?

I was out when they tried to deliver a parcel which I was not expecting. I went on line as instructed to by the card left for me. It would not let complete the form for a redelivery and anyway they gave a new delivery date 8 days after the date of delivery. Why can't I have it redelivered in the next couple of days - OH OF COURCE NOT THEY ARE ON STRIKE. This not the way to get the public onside. when I tried phone both of the numbers given on the card no such number noise was heard. Again I looked up the number for the sorting office itself and rang that, again no such number. The delivery driver wrote that there was no name on the parcel and there was no reference number on the card. The last thing was that they got the postcode wrong. I beg to ask is it even for me?

Genuine question?Hoe do i get your delivery guy to deliver my mail/parcels to my address? I have invested in a house sign too, i cant make it more clearer but the still deliver to address which are not mine, remained in all day awaiting a delivery and they still delivered to a neighbour whos house name is completely different ?..please help

Great service.The staff on the desk were super friendly and helpful, polite and explained how I could track a parcel. They probably get asked the same simple things (for them) all the time but it didn't feel like it.Car parking is a bit limited but you are only there for 3 mins so it's fine.

Disappointed that they are not open on a Saturday anymore as it can be difficult to pick up parcels if you work during the week

I'm usually sent here when I've been unable to sign for a parcel. There's always parking but this time the strike action meant it was a wasted journey as they were closed.

It?s never open problem when u work full time and have children to look after open for 2 hours on a Monday and not open past 2 on the rest of the week

It was a wet and grey day when I very slowly battled through the rush hour traffic of Pontypridd to reach the trading estate where this Delivery office is situated. My tiny car was chased into the soggy car park by a Royal Mail lorry. Loads of parking on site for customers. The staff member who dealt with me was lovely and helpful. The door bell is a highlight. ;)

Utterly incompetant. Package was delivered to the wrong address, and when I called customer service they basically said, sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it. Their plan was to hope the neighbour was nice enough to deliver it too me. They couldn't tell me which neighbour that was though, so basically they wanted a random person to do their job for them. Incompetant. Royal Mail needs an overhaul, they need to show geotagged data showing the exact point the driver dropped the package off to stop drivers from either being incompetant or just plain stealing the package. Customer service was beyond useless
