Phoned for our meds and there seems to be a very arrogant lady in this pharmacy who thinks we should have it when it suits her and may I add it?s only the one person the other staff are good.

Not sure what on earth is going on but the service here has gone completely downhill in the last few months .cannot even get through. Phone rings so long it cuts off!!!!

Cannot seem to read special instructions on a prescription label (repeatedly). Tell you that a prescription will be ready by 4pm. Turn up after 4.30 and it's not even ready. Disorganised since it's been bought out. Couldn't organise a P up in a brewery if the alcohol was supplied for free!

This used to be such a good pharmacy, now I'm having to order my prescription at least a week in advance, and even then the chances of it being ready are slim to none. I've gone without medication multiple times now being told "there's nothing we can do".
