“I always come to the food warehouse. With a house of 8+, I can buy in bulk and the prices are pretty good. You get discounts with the Iceland bonus card and you can round the cost your shopping up to save a little each month.”

“A very large Home Bargains selling a wide variety of items from fresh and frozen groceries, cleaning products to toys, pet supplies and items for the garden. The shop can get very busy at times but the staff are usually fairly quick in opening extra tills if needed. The shop is wheelchair accessible and there are a few disabled spaces near the shop entrance. The aisles are wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs but can get very busy at busy times.Staff here are usually friendly and helpful.”

“These days we got the love layer on more after all small businesses because we shouldn't care about the big businesses we should look after all I will look for convenience stores instead all Tesco's care about is your profit and a small business I don't mind that swap but they should be called the co-op not because they said all course starting now good work holder”

“Lots of choice for food and drink and alcohol, even a small selection of electrical goods like kettles, hair dryers etc. There's a bakery section for fresh cakes and bread too, good selection of salads and fresh foods, magazines, household cleaning and so on. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is ample around the back (though no lights there at night time) and if you're lucky, parking out front too. Much better place to shop than other local small supermarkets, even if it can be a bit pricey.”

“My shopping experience this afternoon (30/07/23) started off none too great when a 'snotty-nosed' female working on the 'hot food counter' told me it was closed! However, when enquiring about an apple pie in the bakery section I came across a lovely young man, Eathan. Well spoken, very helpful and what was most striking was how he stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention.Turned out it was only his 2nd day!I have been to this Sainsburys a number of times but was inspired to write a review because Eathan has just finished his A Levels and will be taking up a para-legal apprenticeship soon - he's got his 'head screwed on' and his Mum and/or Dad has/have done a stirling job!So many 'oldies' moan about 'the youth of today', its so cliché and not true in my experience. It's important to 'big-up' young people when appropriate to try and redress the 'bad press' they get.Spot on! to Management - more employees like Eathan please ?”

“Nice little store. Friendly staff, but lunch times can be a little busy. Sells everything you could need from a little convenience store, and saves trips to the bigger shops. Also has a cash point outside which helps too.”

“This Tesco Extra offers all the usual groceries and household essentials. They also have a large clothing section and a large homewares section here too. The shop is also home to a Tesco Mobile shop, Yo! Sushi counter, Max Spielmann photo shop, Timpson, pharmacy, cafe and passport photo booth. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there are plenty of disabled and 'parent and child' spaces located near the shop entrance. There are also a couple of electric car charging spaces. The shop sells a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. The staff here are very friendly although the number of staffed tills has reduced in favour of more self-service tills. The self-service tills are very convenient and there are usually plenty of staff around to help if needed.”

“It’s a good Tesco but when you check the website you’ll see it needs updating. Checked this morning - open 6am to 11pm. drove seven miles only to find at 8.45am all closed up. Told by an employee “Times of opening haven’t been that for well over year or two” Tesco please update your website page!”

“I use the pharmacy all the time always polite. I walked up the one day as they were closing so I walked off and the pharmacist came after me and took it and did it for me. I always find them lovely”
