Took a pair of boots when a zip had broke asked for a heavy duty zips was advised to have the old zips fixed as I would have to wait (16 weeks) for zips to be replaced when I went back in to collect my boots they hadn't touched them as they were then advising me to have the zips replaced not fixed!!!! (THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME)
