Fantastic little store and very informative staff! We got served by Seren. We saw a hotel on the website and she answered every enquiry on the place, stress free, so we booked our holiday with her and she gave us an awesome deal. She gave us extra information on the area which was very helpful. An asset to the Tui crew, thank you.

Due to the January sales we called into TUI Pontypridd to look at some holidays during school holidays, we were greeted by the manger Gareth and then a young lady called Seren welcomed us to her desk, we explained what we were looking for and rough dates we were able to travel. Seren was very professional in taking into account our preferences. After a short time Seren found us an amazing deal in peak season on sale and also a free child place with my daughter ready being 12. Seren found us a holiday to Zante, somewhere we had never been but always wanted to visit, extra benefits too as it has a water park for us all to enjoy. Seren was extremely confident and talked us through everything so we booked the holiday there and then. We passed this reliable information onto close friends and they also booked the same day. Thank you Seren we will be back again and we will highly recommend you to friends and family.

Booked a few holidays with TUI and they've always been great. Rosie especially has always been super helpful with recommendations and getting us the best deals. If we say what kind of holiday we'd like or the country we want to visit she's fab at finding the right thing for us.

I always have a brilliant service booking through this shop - always have. Booked my holiday with Michael who was fantastic andwent above and beyond for us. It was a special holiday this time, but we were unsure where we wanted to go. Michael took his time and went through loads of options with us and found us a stunning holiday in Mexico! We had a fantastic time and he was always checking up on us leading up to the trip to make sure we had everything sorted. We really would never book through anyone else. Thank you!

I don?t tend to leave reviews, but when you have the best customer service and experience I think it?s only fair to jump online to give feedback. From entering the store the smiling faces made me feel welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. We went through various holiday options (board, location) etc and what we ended up with was a holiday we will never forget. Thanks again we will be back.

Brilliant store and fantastic staff! Especially Rosie who has helped me book holidays abroad as well as weekends away in the U.K. She is very detail oriented and takes into account the things you enjoy doing on holiday before she recommends anything for you to get the most out of your experience.

Well what can I say about Ricky. He is simply amazing. I was intrested in booking a cruise. Ricky was so knowledgeable & shared his personal experience of the tui cruises. He went above & beyond showing me lots of photographs, He was very polite and super helpful, I will now always go to Ricky at Pontypridd store to book my holidays ?

Tui pontypridd has provided excellent service to me for many years. I have always returned and booked another holiday with Ricky Jones.
