Having a problem with my account with reguards to money has not shown up that has been transferred rung up for help they asked for my sort code and account number so i said i would ring back because i had to find them & the reply was very rude!! Im not happy l. scoffed and said just wasted some of my time thats all (it went through to a call centre not the actual branch) the port talbot branch is actually lovely and helpfull!

I called the number shown for the Port Talbot Branch. When I spoke to a woman she said it was the call centre! I find this highly miss leading to customers especially when the web site gives the Address of Port Talbot, and the number displayed is NOT for the Branch.
I now have to wait up to 3 Hours on the Branch calling me. This is ridiculous, that you cannot speak to the Branch with out going through a middle man, then I am informed that I have to wait upto Three hours on a call back!
So much for professionalism. Makes my skin crawl.
