Hi, Just wanted to say how we are always impressed with the service we receive when we visit this branch. We visited on Saturday 6/4/19 and had a few things to sort out but this was no problem for them. Asked us if we could call back a little later as the two ladies were busy with customers in the private rooms. Jamie the Manager who has always been so helpful and friendly apologised and said he had to stay on counter but to come back a little later. Which we did and Caroline was then free to speak to us. She dealt so efficiently and so well and politely with all of our concerns and nothing was a problem for her. Must apologise for talking too much. Also forgot to say we were offered tea or coffee straight away. Anyway, thank you so much again for all your help. See you soon.
