Can't believe the ridiculous opening times. Thanks to the new idiot postman on our route I found out the hard way about the opening times had changed. Left a note on the door to deliver a parcel to my neighbour as i was out and he took the note out of the letterbox to put a card through to say he couldn't get an answer and then replaced the note! This happened twice in the last month. Never had this problem with the other posties or couriers.

Three days I can not pick up the parcel. The office is closed and does not serve customers (November 30, 2022, December 1 and 2). There is a note on the door "On Friday (December 2) we will work normally. But it is closed. The lights are on. A lot of people come and they are disappointed, some say that they cannot get to the post office for 2-3 days. I was wasting my time for 3 days and I had to take time off from work. We must respect and value other people's time. We must remember that you work for clients and the client gives you your salary. I would prefer the services of another company.

have attempted to collect parcel now twice. First time I went by card guideline for the closing time of 6pm but got there to find a note saying close all days but Thursday at 4pm which is unreachable for most with full time work. Went back next day whcoh is a Thursday to find a note on door saying it was closed that day and following day. With no mention of this on the door previous night. Both times are through rush hour traffic wasting a large amount of my time for nothing as I still have been unable to receive my parcel.

Had SEVERAL packages go 'missing' since we moved here two years ago.For example one 'fee to pay' card delivered on the 22/1/22, I go online pay the £1.50 arrange for it to be be delivered Tues 25th, now Saturday 29th and STILL nothing delivered - get a little bit to coincidental IMO and it's fairly obvious what's happening!!!!!!!

I've had parcels go missing by this company before but this latest one has left me over a £100 out of pocket (not my choice) my parcel has been sent and signed for and not delivered to my house. They are impossible to get hold of and a 10 working day wait for a reply to complaints by email. I have no idea if it's been posted to another house or if it's been stolen. I'm furious.
