Having experience as a store manager myself, I can't stand from both sides and that is colleagues thinking it's OK to chat to each other whilst serving on the tills. This happened the other day with the one serving me literally leaning round so she could talk across the 2 tills, no acknowledgement or manners towards me or the person who was served before me (I'm guessing neither the 1 after me either). However what I witnessed then was horrendous, 1 very loud woman shouting across to the woman serving me about how she got a row for bringing in items before closing. For some weird reason she was saying it with a smile on her face and very loudly looking as if she thought all the customers were interested and commending her actions.I wish I could remember the name of the man she was talking about because she did actually mention him by name twice and said he was in trouble. What I couldn't actually believe then is she called him a "grass" and I promise said " snitches get stitches " and then said it again looking at me and the other customers, I think looking for some kind of reaction or affirmation. Sadly she just made herself look foolish infront of everyone, who looked like they were cringing.I do have a couple of points I'd make,1. Yes you should work to the end of your shift.2. Customers come in to shop and hopefully be served politely, they don't come in to hearing colleagues airing their dirty laundry.3. I'm sure like most companies, you have a privacy policy, I can assure you that the louder one certainly wasn't following that.4. I'm sure she's not actually going to arrange for the colleague to beaten up by herself or any one else as alluded to but I'm sure you agree it's not appropriate language for anyone to be using in public in any shop.I have been using Lidls instead of Aldis and Morrisons for years but out of the last 3 visits 2 were awful experiences at the tills so think I'll be using Aldis from now on.

A very affordable super market, has a good supply of fresh fruits and freshly made bakery. The super market also has an app you can scan and get scratch cards for discounts. You can also get your receipt electronically on the app giving you a chance to reflect on previous payments and shopping done. Overall a good place for starters

Less than 5 items. Had to weight over an hour only 2 tills opened. Absolutely shocking for a major supermarket chain.....
