We visit this charity shop every time we come on holiday here as its a great little spot with a large collection of books upstairs (worth considering this if you have mobility issues). The shop is quite a lot bigger than it appears from the outside. Having read the other reviews I can only assume people have perhaps only reviewed their experience of having contacted this shop regarding missing animals? I am only reviewing it as a charity shop as I feel a more thorough review is needed and I would be disappointed to find this had closed down when we come back in the future because people weren't aware what it has to offer. I always come out with a few good finds. Couple of brilliant jigsaws this week, only £1.50 each and both in great condition and considerably more expensive to buy new. To be honest, back home we would have been expected to pay a lot more for them so it's a very reasonably priced shop. Usually end up picking up a few books too. Have always found the staff to be welcoming and friendly.

Finally made contact to ask if my cat had been handed in and just said no, didn't ask any questions or anything just no, perhaps if they were a bit more mindful and actually explained that maybe no pets have been brought in instead of saying no and hanging up
