Echoing the appalling service post above.Having been sent to the pharmacy on Christmas Eve by my doctor's surgery as they were out of stock for my prescribed medication and finding the pharmacy busy, I just dropped off the prescription slip and said I would collect it after the Christmas break. When I tried to do this I found I had to wait an hour to be served, that my prescription was not ready for collection (which took 20 minutes to assemble) and that several items were out of stock. I returned on New year's Eve at 3:00pm to find an even longer queue than previously with an estimated waiting time of at least 90 minutes I reckoned. Gave up and went home! Not the understaffed assistants fault I am sure, but now on 2nd January I am still waiting for medication I ordered in the middle of December!

Absolute chaos! They lost my prescription, Only two staff working with long wait times, People lined up in a long Queue outside, They did stay open longer than normal to deal with the frustrated customers which is very kind of them the other day and I applause them for doing so! My efforts were for nothing on the 29th of December For me and my mother She was suppose to get hers I believe on the 22nd or 23rd as the dates on the labels was 21st and they told me they will be ready on the 29th last week just before Christmas, This Pharmacy has been going down hill over the past year or two, Not to the fault of the employee's in most issues I have had but the system they have with the reduction of staff and medicine's being ordered from Runcorn, Many times I have walked over a mile to go and pickup my weekly prescription for them to be told to come back later in the day after 3pm and sometimes I've had to wait a extra day, Most often I need my medication in the morning because If I don't have my medication I will be in too much pain to do any work or activities along with the withdrawals also, So I often have to call things off to wait until I can pickup my stuff, Today the 30th the issue has been resolved and they did the best they could do for me and they also found my moms lot also, Most often I'm there and there's another customer I notice they also have issues ranging from no stock to being told to come back another day, If anything could go wrong I have either experienced it or I seen someone else have it, I feel sorry for those who have these issues and its unacceptable, I will change my review if things gets better but I will have to make a complaint to the company which probably will not change a thing but worth a try.

Appalling customer service in here. Huffing, petulant staff-member was apparently embarrassed to talk about intimate body parts. Thinks sudocreme is only ?for babies? and insisted that the product was ?in front of me? when in fact it was sold out. I felt really humiliated by her. Her apologies were insincere sounding so I responded in kind with an observation that someone working in a pharmacy ought to be wearing her mask properly, not under her nose.The service in the bargain shops (which sell similar products) further along the road was miles better. The guy in one of them said this pharmacy is known for bad attitude. AVOID if you can.
