Incompetent people working in this pharmacy. Total lack of interest from the staff. I have been using the services of this pharmacy for several months and I have not yet managed to arrange my prescriptions, which are renewable in a normal mode because there is always something missing or not ordered drugs. I should change the manager and conduct employee training,

Went in to buy face pads. Found on shelf marked 90p picked up two and went to till where I was charged £2.58. Told assistant who just said " that's what's on the till". I bought them but went back to the shelf and to confirm the price,it was 90p. The assistant rather grumpily said it's wrong and removed it. I also asked about a medical problem , she didn't seek advice from the pharmacist telling me to go to the doctors.So much for pharmacists relieving the work of the doctors.

Mostly helpful and prescriptions dispensed on time, although lately things have stared to slide. I do not know if this is due to staff shortages or increased demand. Having been told that a prescription is not ready one week after putting in surgery, then to come back later for it is frustrating. Luckily I am able and fit but a lot of elderly people cannot do this, can you ( Rowlands ) please advise why your usually high have slipped.

I couldn't agree more with the last person's comments about the male assistant in this pharmacy. He was totally unhelpful and would not explain why he refused to sell me the medication I was advised to use, of the opinion that a simple 'No' should have been adequate.

Very difficult to get through by phone. Tend to keep the phone off the hook. Prescriptions take more than a week to get.

I have constantly been fobbed off by same woman who answers the phone here, she says my GP has not done my prescription, she says I can't have it for a week, she says I can't have it delivered come and fetch it..... My GP did 3mths to cover the covid crisis.... She say I can't have it, again blaims GP it's Friday night,. We can't get anything done during normal times so no chance during lockdown.... Saturday they don't deliver.. Sunday they don't open. Money they leave the phone OFF THE HOOK... I am asthmatic and PETRIFIED of having a bad asthma attack and ending up in Glan clwyd on ward 11 unable to get a drink or water on my oxygen line.... No help to get to the loo and meds coming round IF we are lucky.... All this because woman answering phone at the chemist can't be bothered to look for my prescription... Then she leaves the phone off the hook because she does not want to be bothered..... The fear fo an asthmatic being called COVID is the.... The most frightening thing I have ever had.... It mea s as far as ward 11 is concerned that you get sedated...They WAIT, you Dehydrate.... And DIE with a mouth full of toothpaste.... No Visitors or family ALLOWED to help you OUT.....

Extremely unhelpful and rude male pharmacist!! Showed no empathy whatsoever for my husband. Rowlands need to send him on customer service courses, or replace him with a credible health care professional.Boot's pharmacy sorted him out quickly, no fuss, extremly helpful and pleasant.Thank you Boot's.
