I was looking for a leaf blower that's not too heavy, but they didn't have any on show and only one in stock. You have to look in a catalogue and order them, which is just like online shopping. I prefer to see an item physically before I buy it.

We had a nightmare removing a screw that had rounded and wedged itself into a piece of wood. We tried everything we could think of to remove it and our last resort was to take the whole piece to our local Screwfix and beg for help. John and his co-workers were great. They tried a few ways unsuccessfully then finally managed to hacksaw it off when we had enough manoeuvre space. Couldn't be more thankful to the guys.

Screwfix in risca is so handy to have, I?ve been using their services lots lately while decorating and it?s so easy to use the click and collect system, great to see how much is in stock of a product and where, worst case if it?s not in stock you can still process the order and all mine have been there within 24 hours. Prices are great and more than reasonable compared to other competitors near by, highly recommend

Very good store. All at a fair price. Keep an eye on managers specials, good deals on screws and tools to at the moment. Staff always happy to help with a friendly service from everyone. A well maintained store that is always clean and tidy with a 5 star service allround. Parking outside is available but a little tight if you've got a van when busy

Didn't know what gel crimps were. And don't keep basic items in stock. I needed cable clips but they are all next day delivery.

Been using the Risca branch for some time now and everytime I'm there they're extremely helpful and will go out their way to help.. I cannot thank Tom enough for helping me pinpoint the correct merchandise and even run me through what's gotta be done to stay safe ( electrical wise ). Always found a decent alternative if out of stock too and gone out of his was to help... can't fault him and the team.. highly recommend.

Used this branch RISCA a few times now, before and during covid their click and collect is great. Staff very helpful & efficient never have to wait long to pick up my items. All precautions taken to keep customers and staff safe. Wide range of items for DIY & Gardening, etc much better quality products & selection & prices compared to some other stores of this type.

Got what I needed after a fashion. Made a mistake on collection point, they couldn't transfer it to the shop I wanted so had to cancel one order and place another order.thier refund system sucks, when you cancel an order to get your money back. Very slow.
