THREATENED TO FIRE AN EMPLOYEE IN FRONT OF US TO GUILT US INTO PAYING?! Absolute unorganised mess of a business. Couldn?t figure out what price they should actually be charging. Had an email quoting one price for machine hire over two days, went to pick it up and got told actually the time we would need the machine would be only 1 day. So paid that.Machines were rubbish, poor quality, falling apart and even damaged the floor when using it.Returned the machine to the manager the next day. To be told we need to pay for two days and extra. So told him what his employee had told us and quoted us. He kicked off saying we were wrong, that the price was impossible and we need to pay. Then said we broke the machine! We we asked if he could speak to the employee who sold us the hire. He said he would and then fire him in front of us! Argued loudly, interrupted non stop. No apology or attempt to understand. Absolutely appalling.
