The staff are always pleasant and helpful and their repeat prescription reorder service is particularly useful.

Always had an outstanding level of service from all the staff who are often working under very difficult circumstances. Its not their fault there is a world drug shortage or for the inefficiency of the NHS Wales prescription service. Well done guys.

It appears that the staff at Well Pharmacy consistently changes, suggesting a potentially challenging work environment. It's perplexing to encounter instances where the employees are either on an extended lunch break, arriving late, or closing up ahead of the scheduled time. The process for acquiring repeat prescriptions, which involves submitting small pieces of paper to the selected pharmacy, is less than ideal. While this system is not directly under Well Pharmacy's control, their frequent failures in fulfilling these prescriptions are noteworthy. Moreover, the staff's tendency to dismiss these issues, instead of addressing them, adds to the frustration. The recent decision to cease operations on Saturdays is strikingly inconvenient. In an era of substantial unemployment and economic challenges, one would assume that staffing wouldn't be an issue. Whether this situation is related to Brexit or not, it clearly affects their profitability. It is disheartening that despite these difficulties, the staff often recommend Bhogal's Pharmacy as an alternative, rather than seeking improvements.Well Pharmacy might want to consider either closing its operations or striving for significant improvements, although the feasibility of the latter appears doubtful based on past performance.Despite frequent staff inconsistencies at Well Pharmacy, my numerous reports to the head office seem to have fallen on deaf ears, with no visible improvements or interventions. It's disconcerting to see that these repeated concerns about staffing issues do not appear to be taken seriously, creating an even greater sense of dissatisfaction with the overall service provided. This further underlines the need for either drastic improvements or a reconsideration of the pharmacy's operations.
