Awful service they are so rude; putting phone down on me and my parcel is missing from their shop! Refused to even have a look. Not first time this has happened. My parcel wouldn?t scan and they refused to accept fault their end so went strait to another shop who accepted the parcel strait away. Rude customer service.

staff are great and really helpful. i have only 1 complaint i cannot go into shop on my scooter and i cannot walk around the shop. i rarely go in this shop because of this. i use th co op just up the road as the aisles are wider and i can use my scooter to get me round the shop

Disrespectful staff that discriminate against those with hidden disabilities. Expensive, don't waste your money. Also accuse the workmen who go in for their breakfast of lying and cheating the system, for not wearing a mask. There are much more respectful business's elsewhere.

refusing entry for a medically exempt person just because they cannot wear a face mask. do you refuse entry to those in wheelchairs or are you just discriminating against those WITH HIDDEN DISABILITIES?
