First time using this Garage, I had a breakdown and rang around multiple garages who had no space for me.The staff at Lucas Garage managed to squeeze me in and proceeded to offer me excellent service and repairs.The 2 front of house staff both Man and woman (didn't catch names) were very accommodating and even helped me out with a lift to the nearest bus stop when It became apparent my vehicle would have to stay overnight.Very good Garage and service, would recommend ?

Wonderful, professional, empathic service. Caring for my Husband, I had a rare few hours on a freezing January day to pick up meds & supplies. Returning to my car, battery failed. The guys at Lucas came to my rescue at 11.30am - brand new battery installed, up & running beautifully by 12.45pm. Fantastic understanding support, great price & peace of mind. Thank you so much.

I had a bad experience with this garage,I took my car for a coolant leak and sensor,they change the radiator and told me was all done,I come back because the sensor wasnt changed ,they change the sensor and the car stop to start ,I been charged for a part as well,what I dont needed ,later the plastics where are my OBD they didnt put wright,still was loosing coolant my car ,I toke to a garage they change a pipe is from there where was the leak ,and obviously they sort,the plastics where is the OBD and cables,I dont think of personal experience they understand a lot of mechanic ,never again I will use them!!

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I booked in for an MOT today and desperately need my car for tomorrow. Unfortunately it failed first time, but the guys at Lucas garage were extremely helpful and could fix all repairs there and then. They completed all work within an hour and retested so my car was good to go! But what impressed me the most was how accommodating and helpful they were. I couldn't wait for repairs as had to get to Manchester for a work event. They were not phased at all and said I could pick up the car in evening (after their working hours) when l was back. I just had to ring their number and they let me in to pick up car so I had it for next day to go back to Manchester for work. Just amazing service and so helpful. I'm chuffed to have found a local garage of friendly professionals who know their stuff! Also so blown away by service I forgot to say that their prices were very reasonable and for once I was positively (rather than negatively) surprised at cost.

Forget about all other Garages you may find in Chester. Lucas Garage is the best one in everything. All and all, those guys are really professionals and hard workers. Fair price, polite people and an outstanding supportive sense to sort out your car the best they can. I personally do not like the garages in Chester so after finding out this one, Lucas Garage is the one for life. Moreover, the polish mechanics are really great. Happy to have met those guys during my time in town.
