One if Park Dean's worst parks. Steep terrain. Limited parking. Cramned in caravans. Awful roads, run down look.Moron on site maintenance men.This isn't a park for peace and quiet.But ideally located for a family noisy holiday.Do NOT stay at 29 Manor Park. Owner thinks it acceptable to turn up and do repairs whilst during your stay. Sent maintenance men round another 2 times. So 3 times in total, 3 of the 4 day stay.They do not clean in between guests just sit back and take the money.Dvd player doesn't work. Shower in en-suite can't use as no usable temperature. Lights not working in bedroom.Dirty drawers and walls.Accepted no responsibility if try to complain.

Site is gradually becoming more and more updated. Hope the clubhouse will get a decent makeover soon. Location is great though.Nearby activities: Wake park sounds fabulous.Hartland Quay for walks and a decent pub mealNote this is a caravan park not a hotel .

Beautiful beautiful park. Lovely pub on site and everyone super friendly. We saw deers, did the costal walk and explored the area. Perfect place to stay to explore ??Rooms: Our chalet was beautiful. We felt really safe and at home

A beautiful, relaxed park with stunning views and easy access to lots of tourist attractions. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is well maintained and beautifully presented.

The chalet was beautiful, very modern and clean. Spacious the family loved it there. Didn't really enjoy devon itself that much however. I actually thought it was super hyped up and thought wales was so much better. The park itself was ok. Not a great deal to do there, extremely small arcade lol. Ridiculously small pool for amount of people allowed in at one time if I'm honest. No one could really swim in it as there was too many in the pool. People kept getting hit in the head and knocked into alot. The roof was leaking as you went in the pool. No slides or anything worth doing in the pool. The chalet is the only reason it has so many stars if I'm honest. If it hadn't been for the accommodation the park would of got a 2 star review at most. Oh and the trees blocked all the beautiful views there would of been outside in the park too. Which was a shame.Rooms: Fab chalet loved it, spacious, clean and modern

The staff were all so friendly, the food was always nice and hot never had a bad dish. The park is not far from the beach which was great lovely evening walks! I have already booked my holiday here for next year can?t wait.
