Great store! The staff are friendly and helpful in the Llansamlet branch of Aldi, even when they're off duty and doing their own shopping! It was quite hectic with all the Christmas shoppers, but this lovely lady heard me mention that I didn't know where the mars bars were, so she went and got them for me, fabulous! The young guy on the till was brilliant, warm and witty, such wonderful service. I shall be paying a regular visit to this store from now on!

wpuld give 0 stars if i could. terrible customer service. asked me for id which is fair enough but when i showed proof that i work meaning im 16+ i just got given a nasty look by the MANAGER. not good customer service. wouldn't recommend

Use the click and collect here. Food is always fresh with good dates. Prompt in bringing the order out too

Always very busy, great local shop but there is never more than 3 checkouts open, so tend not to go there now, it really needs self service.
