He knew exactly which company made half sizes and whether a brand suited a narrow or broad foot. Chris was so supportive of my efforts to find a suitable option and didn't give up, if anything he got more enthusiastic as we went through one boot after another. He did this all the time while serving other customers with equal attentiveness. I bought a pair of Salomon boots, size 8.5 that are wearing in nicely now.
