I got some nice furniture from this place when furnishing my house before my family joined me. The staff are amazing, the delivery crew superb they put everything as you request them.

This is a brilliant place for bargain second hand, quality furniture. Staff are friendly and understanding, flexible when having furniture delivered. £30 charge to deliver large items and help with placing furniture within homes. Collection of furniture free with fire retardent labels. Have had outstanding experience with staff and quality of goods every time. Highly recommend.

A clean and tidy place. We have been several times and they renew the items often. Excellent treatment from Kevin, very kind! And Carolina who helped us solve our doubts about spaces to introduce them into the house. One of the best charities we've been to.

I've stopped going in there , there's a blonde lady always in there , I think she's the manager always rude , the money from the shop is for charity and that's amazing but the prices on the items are way to much people are truly struggling you have donations all the time!!! Be kinder to your costumer base as they are in tern trying to be kind to your charity!!!

Terrible experience with these people! We called them to say that we had furniture if they wanted it, as our friend had passed away and we had to clear his house. We specifically said it was vintage furniture. They said yes please.They arranged a date for collection and did NOT come at the agreed time. My friend took time off work for this!They then apologised when we called them and they agreed another date. They then called back and said sorry can we make it another day. It?s now been three weeks and they FINALLY showed up this morning only to say ?sorry it is too old fashioned try the YMCA? and took only a table and chairs!An absolute shambles.AVOID

Wide range of used new looking furnitures. Constant turnover of items so if you like it , buy it then itself or it will b gone. Prices are worthy and for a genuine purpose. They deliver nearby with a cost around 20£. Staff were very friendly. Got almost all furniture?s for the new house. They have a small branch in town ,with a few furnitures ,as-well.Guys who came over to deliver were friendly and fixed the items in position.

Went in last week and bought a few items. The guy that helped us (think his name was Shane) was very attentive and was extremely helpful the entire time. Had the unit delivered safely within a week so great experience all round - thanks Shane!

Good range of furniture all at very good prices. Shop is always clean and well laid out plus the money goes to a very good cause. Parking is easy which is a big plus. Staff are on hand and helpful.

Went to the shop this afternoon, my husband and I was looking at a dinning table and set of chairs, we were discussing how we would like to paint it, we were sitting on chairs to see if they were comfortable, suddenly a women walked up to us, didn't say anything, then put a sold sign on the table. And just walked off.

Had a sofa delivered from the store. As I am disabled and had to shield due to covid, I made arrangements with the store that my old sofa would be collected. It stated this on the delivery note, that it would be collected if it was in good condition and the fire safety label was in place. The chap who delivered the new sofa refused to take the old one. He said that the delivery note "didn't say they *had* to take the sofa", examined the sofa to find the fire safety label to see if that was an excuse for them to not take it and then argued that it "was too much hassle to load the sofa onto the van". They did take the old sofa outside, but dumped it on my driveway, blocking my access to the road. His attitude was rude and I felt threatened. Calls to the store and the national helpline, live chat and even emails have been ignored. I am now stuck with a sofa that I can't move myself, that is blocking access on my driveway. I can't leave my house at the moment. It's due to rain later today and I don't know what to do.
