“Food was great, dishes arrived well out of sync Service was hectic It was busy but nothing run smoothly it was quite off putting If you go lunch time it’s much better than a dinner service”

“Have visited pub couple of times over last few weeks for dinner on 3 occasions & once on a lunchtime. Food has been excellent on each occasion. Warm baguette on lunchtime was lovely & real value for money. Evening meals also have been very good with generous helping. My favourite so far is the hickory chicken, whilst my partner really rates the jerk chicken but also really enjoyed the blue cheese beefburgers. This pub has become a firm favourite of ours but advise to book as it gets busy in evening when Food is being served.”

“It had been a long time since I was last in this particular store, but I wasn't disappointed at all by the layout, or by what I needed, as I not only easily found what I'd been looking for (artist's materials, including fine point pens) but I was also more than pleased to discover several items I'd not realised they stocked (coloured inks, and nibs for same, plus coloured fine point pens)!”

“Favourite coop to cisitnin Swansea. Pretty large store with lots of free parking around the back. In a great location and usually very quiet as there is another coop on the main road where most people tend to visit there instead. Staff have always been great ?”

“Excellent customer service, friendly staff. I post parcels there regularly. The staff know the kind of service I require and are always very helpful. It's the only post office I am very happy to use. Not a negative thing to say about the post office and shop. Thank you!”

“Super nice staff! I had issues with cash machine outside, the manager (slim gentleman wearing glasses) was very helpful, checking cameras and advising on how to sort the issue. I would give 10 stars if I could…”

“Not a bad selection of groceries with some decent offers from time to time. Shop here for convenience but don't expect the big stores lower prices. Plenty of well lit parking. Can get busy though.”

“Its a decent little store which caters for a wide range of products, very handily placed if you have forgotten something before boarding your bus, the staff are always lovely and pleasant and friendly, also helpful, Some items are a little more in price, but it is a convenience store, and they do have specials on. It's good to have it there, certainly gets used by shoppers very well.”

“Good local General store in the small complex of other shops, on the top of West Cross Lane. Great to have this store where it is, otherwise we would be stuck for shopping convenience, you would have to go further afield. Staff always very polite and friendly and helpful. Shop very clean and tidy.”

“On the surface it may appear a standard Coop, but when you look closer you can see it is, in fact, a standard Coop. You enter though the conventional automatic sliding doors, and are subsequently faced with three aisles of food and other groceries. Say you take the right hand aisle first, you are faced with meal deals on the left and fruit and vegetables to the right. As you travel deeper down the aisle, ready meals and meats appear to you, shielded by the sliding glass doors of the fridges. Take a left hand turn past the juices and clearance items and enter the centre aisle; here you can find such delights as milk, free-from items, crisps, biscuits, sweets, canned goods and bread. The third and final aisle is the most glorious of all; the realm of alcohol. A plethora of wines, beers, ciders and lagers present themselves to you. These may be so enticing that you don't notice the household goods and newspapers behind you. Finally, the self-service checkout is efficient, providing you aren't buying age restricted items. In that case, you begin a side quest of searching for an employee to authorise your purchase; you must leave your precious items and forage in each aisle and potentially even into the stockroom for a fresh employee. Once checkout is complete, you may exit through the same sliding door you entered through. The quest is complete.”

“Well stocked, conveniently located and nice long opening times. My only gripe is the volume of the abominable “music” which makes it hard to think and to talk. Turn that down (or off) and it would get the fifth star!”

“Good little shop, a bit higgledy piggledy but has most of what you need on an evening. In the evening it's very quiet with limited staff. Overall a good experience.”

“Thank you so much to the cashier and person with the mop for your kindness, patience and efficiency when I managed to smash a bottle of wine at the till. The problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no sideways glances or frowns.I am truly grateful to you for making an awkward and embarrassing situation bearable.”

“Quite a decent Tesco to be fair. Lots of space so you don't have to go near anyone and always plenty of stock. I really like it when the checkout staff drop the receipt and change on the packing area and don't make any eye contact. So if you like people looking down their nose at you then avoid the self service and go straight to a checkout with a 'human' on. The facilities are fantastic, as I once soiled myself and toilets are not far away. After cleaning up, I went the Tesco cafe and rewarded myself with a cappuccino and a bowl of ice cream. A few years ago I purchased a sun hat for my grandfather in-law and he loved it. So highly recommend the clothing area of Tesco. Keep up the good work!”
