“This garage is always the cheapest around. I'm from Ammanford way but visit Llansamlet often - always coincide my visit with filling up with petrol. I'm not the only person who does this, many of my friends do a detour to fill up here.”

“Very good service station. Clean and well maintained. Very busy at sometimes as it is the only garage in the Swansea town centre. Free air pump and cash machine. Very nice staff, but no toilet facilities”

“Friendly, polite staff. Good selection of stuff in the shop. Prices ok for a non supermarket petrol station. It's sometimes difficult to pull out right safely because of the location of the station on the road.”

“Has four 24 hour pumps and the rest were paid at station. Easy to reach from the M4. Note, the pay stations are only that, they do not sell any small goods or snacks but the Asda itself is 24 hours”

“Good little Tesco with a small Esso garage. Prices only slightly higher than the big supermarket petrol stations. Last petrol station for quite a while if you are going doing the Gower so if you are a holidaymakers it's a good place to fill up. The store also has a cash machine, but it does often run out of money. The coop and cks in the village have cash machines too.”

“Great place to pop in and get essentials if you can't face going into the main store. Staff are friendly, usual things available. Fuel prices Competitively with surrounding petrol stations.”

“People need to remember this is primarily an Esso petrol garage, not a tesco supermarket. I agree, access can be hard during peak times however this is one of only a few petrol stops within a few miles so you can expect it to be in constant use! Great opening hours even on Sundays. Love the pay at pump option and that you can collect Clubcard points, shop has pretty much anything people tend to forget or leave until the last minute to buy. E.g.. fresh fruit/veg/meat/fish/milk/eggs/bread/dairy as well as toiletries, pet foods & litter, alcohol and tobacco, typical Tesco £3 meal deals, frozen foods & Ice, newspapers & magazines, flowers & cards... Honestly, i think the only thing extra this Tesco needs is a paypoint machine so people could purchase gas/electricity/mobile phone top ups”

“Overall walked /drove away satisfied - got petrol, drinks, snacks and a clean car faster than the pit lane at Monaco. Dropped one star as there was still a big bird poo on my car.”

“Rang in advance because there was a diesel shortage everywhere close to where I was working. I searched for petrol stations close on route and this place was just off the motorway. It was early hours of the morning and was open, would have been stranded if it wasn't!!”

“Visited this store on Monday (2nd Oct) about 4.30. Called to the canteen for something quick to eat. There wasn't much there as it was quite late in the afternoon. The lady working there had such a fantastic attitude offering to cook for us. She was lovely and I hope she's appreciated.”
